These terms govern your use of The Purpose Lab website and the coaching, workshop, and community experiences offered through it. By using the site or signing up for a program, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in secure. Do not share your account with others. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Coaching is not therapy or medical care

Coaching is a forward-looking, developmental partnership. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. You remain responsible for the decisions you make. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed provider or your local emergency services.

Payment, scheduling, and cancellations

Program fees, the number of included sessions, and any package terms are described at the time of purchase. Sessions can be rescheduled through the app. Please give as much notice as you can; sessions cancelled at the last minute may count against your package. Refund questions are handled case by case, so reach out and we will work it through with you.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write, record, and upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store it, show it back to you, make it available to your coach, and generate the summaries and highlights that are part of the experience. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Our content

The Purpose Lab methodology, modules, exercises, workshop materials, writing, and brand are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal or internal team development as part of a program you have purchased. Please do not copy, resell, publish, or use them to deliver competing programs without written permission.

Session recording

Some sessions and workshops may be recorded to support your own reflection and follow-up. Recording happens only with the participants' knowledge and agreement, and you may ask that a session not be recorded.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, disrupt service, impersonate others, or upload unlawful or harmful content. In group settings, treat what others share as confidential.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the site and its features. We aim to keep everything running smoothly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Purpose Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in question.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
