The Purpose Lab + The Founder's Hub
The Founder's Hub X The Purpose Lab: 4 Week Workshop
Before deciding what comes next, we will take an honest look at where you are now. Through the Headline of My Life Today, Worth Reset, and Wins Ledger exercises, you will surface what this chapter has asked of you, recognize what you have already built, and reconsider the measures you use to define success.
Why this one
Before we can decide what comes next, it helps to get honest about where we are now.
Founders are remarkably good at looking forward. There is always another goal, another problem to solve, another milestone to reach. But when we are constantly focused on what is unfinished, it is easy to lose sight of how much we have already built, how much we have changed, and whether the measures of success we have been chasing still reflect what actually matters to us.
The Founder’s Reset is an opportunity to step out of the day to day demands of building and take stock.
We’ll begin with a deceptively simple question: If a journalist were writing about your life right now, what would the headline be? Through the Headline of My Life Today exercise, we’ll look honestly at the chapter you are in, including what feels exciting, what feels heavy, what is changing, and what might be asking for your attention.
Then we’ll turn to the scorecards we carry with us. Revenue. Growth. Productivity. Titles. Recognition. Being needed. Getting it right. For high achieving people, accomplishment can quietly become intertwined with worth. Through the Worth Reset, we’ll examine which external measures have been driving us, where they came from, and which ones we actually want to keep.
Finally, we’ll create a Wins Ledger, but not simply a list of traditional accomplishments. We’ll look at what you have learned, risked, navigated, created, survived, changed, and made possible. The goal is to see the fuller story of what you have built, including the things that would never appear on a résumé or financial statement.
This is not about becoming less ambitious. It is about becoming more deliberate about what deserves your ambition.
You’ll leave with a clearer picture of where you are, a more expansive way of thinking about success, and a foundation for asking the question we’ll return to throughout the series:
What do I want to build from here, and what do I want it to make possible?
